A gift certificate is the confirmation of advance payment and gives its holder the right to buy one-time products at any I AM STUDIO store or several units at the amount corresponding to the certificate face value.
Gift certificate validity period is 12 months from the day of sale.
In case of choosing a gift certificate for the amount less than the face value, the difference between the face value of the certificate and the cost of purchase in cash equivalent is not paid out.
Gift vouchers are not subject to refund or exchange for cash.
After the purchase of products, the gift certificate remains in the store.
Gift vouchers are not subject to recovery if damaged or lost, the amount of the certificate face value in such cases is not compensated.
Gift certificates are not sold in I AM STUDIO corners in Tsvetnoy department store and Smolensky Passage shopping mall.
